These Membership Terms apply to all DecorMatters subscriptions purchased on the web. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring billing as described below.
Your membership is a recurring subscription. You will be charged the amount shown at checkout on a weekly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Renewal will be charged to your original payment method at the then-current rate.
You may cancel your membership at any time by going to your account settings on the DecorMatters website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be billed again. Cancellation is always available online. You are not required to contact customer support to cancel.
All web-based membership payments are non-refundable, including partially unused billing periods. If you subscribed via a third-party platform (e.g., Apple or Google), their terms and refund policies apply.
If membership prices increase in the future, we will notify you by email in advance. You will have the option to cancel before the new rate applies.
If you subscribe to a yearly plan, we will send you a reminder email 15–30 days before renewal so you can review your subscription or cancel if needed.
