DecorMatters is well backed by venture capital and growing extremely fast. We are looking for people with marketing experience to build a customer-centered, multi-channel marketing platform and lead the marketing team.
The Manager of Omni-Channel Marketing will oversee defining, designing and executing multi-channel marketing programs to support key business objectives such as New User Acquisition, Traffic Growth, Brand Awareness, Customer Lifestage, Brand Partnership Programs, Catalogs or Seasons.
Insight Development - Partner with internal team and other business groups to identify customers and brands insights
Strategy – Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives
Planning – Partner with channels to develop omni-channel communication programs and measurement/testing plans stemming from the strategy
Execution/Capability Development – Ensure sound development of the omni-channel program and any required supporting capabilities
Measurement and Optimization – quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time
In addition own, develop and coordinate the assigned Marketing efforts
Bachelors degree required - MBA in Marketing, Finance or Statistics preferred
5+ years experience in a database marketing, direct marketing or CRM position for a company in an industry with an established reputation for direct marketing excellence (e.g. Retail, financial services, hospitality, telecom, publishing, marketing, etc.)
Experience in Marketing strategy consulting a plus.
Startup experience is a plus
Experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, social media, search engine marketing and website development
Experience in Direct Marketing test design and analysis
CRM/Loyalty/Brand Partnership program development including detailing functional requirements, developing features/rewards, creating communication strategies, and evaluating program ROI performance
Experience managing external vendors
Must be technically proficient and knowledgeable in architecture that gathers customer information and feeds database solutions that drives and supports CRM strategies
Must have an in-depth knowledge of response management & tracking
Have strong thought leadership skills coupled with excellent collaborative and influencing traits. Ability to act as a change agent within the organization
Ability to recognize critical business needs and determine an appropriate course of action while remaining focused on strategic intent
Must have in-depth knowledge and skill in business and management principles involved in strategy and organizational planning, and leadership techniques
Must be able to motivate, develop, and direct staff and teams as they work
Must have the ability to lead, organize, motivate and manage employees
Superior analytical skills; both quantitative and qualitative
Prior experience developing or working with a customer database preferred
